It's Time to Meditate Again
It’s time to meditate again. There’s a calm and clarity that comes with it. I’ve missed that lately. So, without delay, let’s go into a short meditation. In 5, 4, 3, 2, 1…
Lovely. The practice of returning to the breath, for me, is what it’s all about. My mind, during that seven-minute meditation, was attached to so many different things. Catching myself wandering and then returning to the breath. How powerful is it to try to stay the course, to stay disciplined and focused. I must have tackled dozens of topics during that time, I’m not sure I solved any of them, if they were in fact problems to be solved at all. But coming back to my breath is the purpose, at least it was tonight. No frustration, no judgement, just returning when needed.
